When you've decided on the apartment or home you want to rent, please fill out an application form. There is a screening fee of $30.00 per Adult applicant on all housing rentals in Montana. Metro will only accept cash, cashier's check, or money order for the application fee. Next, we will verify your references and run a credit report. Once you're approved for one of our Montana or Billings, Montana rentals we'll give you a copy of your lease and a packet that includes information on how to contact us for maintenance and 24-hour emergency service. Then we'll send you off with the keys and our best wishes to enjoy your new home!
